Workshop "Siberian Aerosols" is organized by the V.E. Zuev Institute of Atmospheric Optics (Tomsk, Russia). It involves scientists and students interested in optical and physical properties of atmospheric aerosol, its impact on climate, atmospheric sources and sinks, and other research problems related to aerosol.
The Russian Science Foundation has decided to support TEMMEX (Theoretical & Experimental Spectroscopic Methods for Extreme Conditions: in-depth investigation of spectral signatures of small hydrocrbons and radicals) International Project headed by Prof. A.V. Nikitin, IAO SB RAS (in cooperation with the Agence Nationale de la Recherche - ANR, France).
