The MIRS spectroscopic software for the modeling of ro-vibrational spectra of polyatomic molecules is designed for the global treatment of complex band systems of molecules to take full account of symmetry properties. It includes efficient algorithms based on the irreducible tensor formalism. Predictions and simultaneous data fitting (positions and intensities) are implemented as well as advanced options related to group theory algebra. Illustrative examples on CH3F, CH4 and CO , complete projects on CH3D, CH4, CH3Cl, PH3 are included in the present version.

SpectraPlot is a freely distributed graphical program for spectra visualization and graphical assignment of high-resolution molecular spectra. Lines can be assigned graphically using the mouse and keyboard. Real time line list correction is allowed. . It is possible to display and manipulate experimental and simulated spectra as well as stick spectra in any column based text formats (including HITRAN and GEISA format). The SpectraPlot contains also an instrument for visualizing energy levels. Spectra plot is compatible with MIRS program.

Expert System for Automatic Processing of Complex Spectra employs the artificial intelligence methods and ensures
The software package for simulation of propagation of high-power laser beams formed by multielemental apertures in the turbulent atmosphere
allows the user to conduct numerical experiments on propagation of high-power laser beams formed by multielemental apertures and to estimate parameters
of propagating radiation by specifying the needed geometry of a propagation path over the Earth’s surface without additional information about
atmospheric parameters. The simulation is performed with allowance for the variation of atmospheric parameters along the propagation path,
which is calculated from the information about vertical profiles of the structure characteristic of refractive index, molecular and aerosol
absorption coefficients, aerosol scattering coefficient, temperature, wind speed and direction taken from the database.
This software can be used in planning of real experiments on atmospheric propagation of laser radiation, in design and calculation of atmospheric
optical systems using laser radiation, and in training of specialists in laser radiation propagation.
